What Causes Right-sided Lower Abdominal And Testicular Pain?

In late May I began to have lower abdomen pain on right side along with slight twsticle pain right side. April and May I had protected sex with a few people. I have never had any discharge at all. I tested negative for chlamydia and gonorhea XXXXXXX 11, August 14, and Sept 7th. The symptoms come and go. Occasionally feel stinging in penis. Also I joined a new gym in late May and really started working out hard. In August my doctor sent me for a urinalysis and blood work all was normal. Could symptoms be a result of anxiety or is there something else I should be concerned with?
SYmptomatic treatment and no worries

Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern, With all the labs clean and normal urinalysis i don't see any thing to worry about. This on and off lower abdomen pain is likely of bowel origin as the STD panel is clean and the coitus was protected. With testicular involvement as well, on can think of genitourinary origin as well. Whatever it is , it is mere an inflammation and needs just symptomatic treatment with painkillers, antispasmodics and scrotal support.
This working out hard might be causing the pain in first place. It could all be musculoskeletal and the spasm in lower abdominal muscles secondary to this working out might be the reason. A few NSAIDs and skelaxin should fix that.
I think anxiety is unlikely the cause of this abdominal pain.
Nutshell, work out or abdominal discomfort are two common possibilities and need symptomatic treatment and nothing to worry about.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

No its not trichomonas. Had it been it would have shown up on STD scan plus that is usually with a greenish discharge which you don't have. So no don't worry.
