Brief Answer:
A normal finding. Nothing worrisome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The pain just above the stitches can be due to the internal stitches of the abdomen. It is a normal finding and the pain will gradually subside in next few weeks.
The mild intermittent discharge is also a normal finding. This will also subside by 6 weeks post partum.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Not likely to be a bacteria.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The small white material that you can see with your naked eyes cannot be a bacteria. It is likely to be normal vaginal mucus secretions. At the present you don't need any scan to be done. It is most probably not a serious infection at all.
No scanning or medicine is needed right now. You can get a vaginal swab culture done to rule out the infection.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
I suggested swab test just to make sure there is no infection.

Detailed Answer:
You are not likely to have an infection. But to allay your anxiety, vaginal swab culture is the test that can rule out any infection for sure. In this test, a swab of vagina is taken and then sent for culture to detect any pathogenic organisms.
Regards.
