Brief Answer:
It might probably be lower respiratory tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Looking at your symptoms, you are suffering probably from a lower respiratory tract infection.

It would be advisable to have a Chest X-ray(posteroanterior view), ECG(Electrocardiogram) and to consult a physician for the auscultation of your chest to reach a diagnosis.

You may need to start oral antibiotic like Augmentin(Co-Amoxiclav) as green colored sputum is generally suggestive of a bacterial infection.

You may also find relief by taking a cough expectorant like Ambroxol/Guaifenesin and bronchodilator like Salbutamol.

I believe, by right sided pain you meant it's around the chest region(front and back). For the chest pain, which would be probably due to inflammation in the respiratory tract, take Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen, with Antacid like Ranitidine.

Take rest. Drink lots of fluids. Do steam inhalation. Avoid cold food and dust.

Hope this answers your question. Feel free to ask further.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
You may taken Tramadol as a pain killer

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for your further query.

If there is no pain relief with Ibuprofen, then you may take Tramadol for pain relief(like Tablet Ultracet which contains Tramadol 37.5 mg with Acetaminophan 325 mg).

Still it would be advisable to have a Chest X-ray and a physician consultation for Auscultation of lungs to reach a diagnosis.

Hope this answers your question.Take care.
