Question: Hi my name is XXXXXXX XXXx I'm 24 and I started having severe pain yesterday on my right pelvic, that radiated to my lower stomach lower back and radiated to right leg. The pain is a pulling pain when I'm standing but laying and sitting its a sharp uncomfortable pain even using the restroom it hurts. It was bad last night that I couldn't move my right leg and I limped to the room bc the pain was so bad I took hydro codeine which helped but it's back today. It started after I had intercourse. I had my cycle XXXXXXX 20 but it wasn't really bleeding it was brown tissues for 2 days which really isn't normal. It's a really bad cramps feeling as well

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear!
I read all the questions that you have done in our forum and I understand your concern .

As my opinion based on your history, you should contact with a doctor to ER to determine causes of your acute pain. It most likely may be related to urinary infection or pyelonephritis (infection of one structure of kidney). I was able to narrow down on this possibility because you have passed UTI and you have used inappropriate treatment(sulphametaxozole-trimethoprim).
Therefore I would order for:
Blood test (hemogram)
Urine analysis
Transvaginal ultrasound
( to exclude appendicitis, rupture of right ovarian
cyst,ectopic pregnancy)
(Transvaginal ultrasonography should be the initial imaging test because of its sensitivities across most etiologies and its lack of radiation exposure).

In the interim you can take pain killers that are available over the counter along with plenty of fluids.

All the best
