Brief Answer:
Colicky pain likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
The two likely causes may be a colic form the large intestine as the colon has a bend in the same region (colonic flexure) and gas can get trapped in the same region and produce colicky pain. Irritable bowel syndrome also can produce similar pain. Avoiding gas forming food and constipation would be helpful to reduce pain of such nature.
Another cause is a biliary colic, a pain that occurs by abnormal contraction in the biliary tree. If facilities are available an ultrasound examination may be helpful in detecting causes like a gall bladder stone which gives rise to biliary colic, if the pain is persistent.
Take care
