What Causes Rosaceae On Nose?
Question: hello, for the past year or so i have a daily influx of white pimply pustules on my nose - i take a variety of meds - i am 65 with a lifelong acne until my 40s - i squeeze these pustules but they reappear during the day - it really bites!!

You might be suffering from rosaceae.
It is an inflammatory condition of face,
Mainly affecting the face,
The vessels get dilated and hence face become red. In later stages sterile pustules develop on face.
I usually prescribe topical anti inflammatory cream like metrogyl cream and have seen very good result with it. Capsule Doxycycline is also helpful.
However these medications must be taken with a proper prescription.
A photograph woul have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
