Question : Dear Doctor,
My 1 year old niece has very rough and dark skin, most on her hands and legs, i noticed it is not skin allergy or any other skin deseas, what kind of moisturize creams can use for kids for lightning and soft skin.

Do you notice a rash? How long this problem is with the baby?
If you can afford I suggest you to use AVEENO moisturizer for your kid, very tiny quantity like a drop and apply all over the body. If you cannot afford traditional coconut oil is better.
The pigmentation would go off sooner.
