Brief Answer:
?Dry Discoid eczema

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.

I understand from your query that you have developed some white spots on your limbs from 1 year.

With your history description, I would consider the possibility of Dry Discoid eczema.

But there are many causes of asymptomatic round, white patches on the skin including Xerosis, Parapsoriasis, Hansen's disease and Mycosis fungoides.
