Brief Answer:
Stone in salivary gland duct.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
This is a stone in salivary gland duct. It should be removed otherwise, salivary gland can get inflamed.
I suggest you to consult laryngologist. Small incision should be done in local anesthesia. This should cause stone evacuation.
You should also have an ultrasound of salivary glands. Stones can and will recur.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

isit something to be worried about I mean isit dangerous
Brief Answer:
It can cause inflammation. No cancer suspicion.
Detailed Answer:
It can be dangerous if the stone will stay there. Please note that now the duct is obstructed and saliva can not flow freely. This leads to an infection and inflammation.
But it does not indicate any cancer if thats what you mean dangerous. Just have it removed and you will be fine.
Regards.
