What Causes Salty Crisp Sensation In Lips And Mouth And Pain In Kidney?

Question: I have a sensation in my lips and mouth the same as when you eat very salty crisps. This started last night. I also have a pain in my left kidney area and feel quite weak and just not 100% I have previously suffered from Kidney infections but I am not currently running a temperature.
