I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a fungal infection in the groin region .
You need to keep the affected area clean and dry . Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole over the affected area twice daily . Use it daily for atleast two weeks for complete weeks.
Wear cotton undergarments to prevent further infection due to sweating .
You might a course of oral antifungal agents if the lesion tends to persist or increase.
