Stop ahaglow; Use a moisturiser & moderately potent topical steroid cream.

Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.
These dry, scaly patches on your face are a sign of extreme dryness of skin of your face. The face wash that you are using i.e ahaglow face wash is drying in nature and is going to exacerbate ths problem of dry, scaly patches, if not causing it in first place.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to stop using ahaglow face wash. I would rather advice you to use a gentle cleansing lotion e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion for face wash, twice daily. This is non-drying in nature unlike your face wash.
Specifically for the patches I would suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% (flutivate cream), twice daily for a 5-7 days period. This would help you immensely with these dry, scaly patches. Prior to using this cream over the patches you may also use a non-comedogenic moisturiser over your entire face e.g cetaphil moisturising cream.
These are prescription products and ideally should be used under supervision and guidance of a dermatologist after a clinical examination that has been done so as to ascertain the diagnosis.

Cosntinue with sunscreen; Use a kojic acid based cream for skin lightening
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Dry skin can easily develop these flaky white patches specially since you were using ahaglow face wash (probably to lighten skin tone). This facewash is drying in nature. Therefore I suggest you to stop it. You may use a gentle cleaner e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion for face wash twice daily.
Facials can further cause dryness and irritation and probably that is the reason for these dry, flaky, patches.
Use a moisturiser, all over face and a moderately potent topical steroid, for the patches, as suggested in my previous reply. Once these dry, white patches resolve this would also help even out your skin tone.
Regarding skin lightening, my advice to you would be to continue with the sunscreen a before. Use it daily. Reapply every 2-3 hours. Sunscreens only prevent further tanning. They don't remove existing XXXXXXX
You may use a kojic acid based cream e.g Kojic acid once daily at night, to lighten your skin tone. Kojic acid prevents synthesis of melanin and thus helps lighten skin tone.

..can u give a solution???
Antidandruff shampoo for dandruff and Benzoyl peroxide cream for acne
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
For dandruff you may use either a ketoconazole based shampoo e.g Nizral shampoo Or you may use Sebamed Antidandruff shampoo which contains piroctone olamine as the main active ingredient. Use it every alternate days. Lather it well into your scalp and allow it to act for 5 minutes before rinsing it off.
For acne on back I would suggest a benzoyl peroxide based cream e.g brevoxyl 4% cream, twice daily.
