But went off and returned back and continues since last four months. However, I am active with sexually. But after sex have scars/lesions. Need to use HH Zole or Betnovate to take care of scars/lesions. Using the cream under the foreskin to clear the smegma collection. Have been regularly washing after every time I urinate. still sometimes get itching sensation that goes away after cleaning and using the cream or coconut or castor oil. I am not trying to stretch manually. would not like to go for circumcision. please help.

Brief Answer:
Your local surgeon can help.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that for some reason you have had a scar, the contracture of which is responsible for the restriction of the movement of the foreskin (phimosis). Circumcision can be opted for. It is a simple surgical procedure for which you need to visit a surgeon who would be able to undertake the process after suitable arrangements. I would insist you to visit your local hospital for the same.

Let me know if I could help further.

I have mentioned earlier too that I would not be interested in circumcision.

Kindly give me alternative treatment. I am trying to lower my blood sugar. The scar is due to sexual intercourse.

Brief Answer:
Please get your HbA1c and fasting blood sugar levels checked.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clarifying. Pardon me for getting it wrong.

You need to go for manual manipulation on daily basis. The foreskin needs to be retracted and then placed back a number of times daily. If gradually it becomes easy, it would not be a cause for concern but if not, it might be a matter of time before you ultimately need to go for circumcision. This depends on the amount of scar tissue and whether scar contraction has already occurred. A surgeon would be able to confirm upon the same.

Use Betnovate but not over a week. Prolonged use will only worsen the situation.

About the blood sugar levels, I would need to know your blood HbA1c level as well as fasting blood sugar level before being able to comment on appropriate steps.
