Question: hi i am 26 year old guy, and physically totally fit,from last two or 3 months whenever i masturbate and pull my foreskin backwards,i got scratches and rashes on my foreskin and its start burning, this happens only at starting area of my foreskin, and one more thing due this problem when i get excited and try to pull back my skin but it dont pull back start paining again . please suggest me what should i do, or suggest me some medicine for that.ill will be greatfull to u . thank you

You are probably suffering from balanitis along with phimosis.

Balanitis can occur due to many causes such as trauma ,infection, allergy etc.However in this case fungal infection seems to be a cause.

Keep area clean and dry. Use a mild soap. Always try to clean the area between foreskin and mucosa.

I will advise you to avoid all sexual activities till complete cure.Do not try to pull foreskin with force.It can produce you more discomfort.

Applying a steroid antifungal combination like candid b will mostly clear your problems. However you also need to take oral antifungal such as fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 2 to 3 weeks to avoid recurrence. this is a prescribed medication.

when have sex after that my problem gets solve..and i can easily pull back my skin without any scratches or burning ..but after few days it comes again..and when my penis get erect that time i feel that my starting fore skin got shirnked and i cant pull back i have to pull back hardly but cos of that i skin gets stretch and round the side it becomes with rashes ...do i need to consult some specialist or what u suggested me for medication that will solve my problem.? pls suggest with dosage and how to take all this medicine. candid b is capsule or powder ??cos of this i got pre ejeculation ..

Candid b is a cream available on counters. Apply it two times daily.Apply for 1 to 2 weeks only.

Fluconazole(150mg) tablet is available on prescription. You need to take it once a week for 3 weeks.This medication will resolve your problem mostly. Your pre ejaculation seems to be because of anxiety only and not related to any disease.

However if this problem is recurrent or if there is no response to medication then in that case it will be better to consult a dermatologist.
