What Causes Scratching Sounds From Head, Migraine, Nausea And Vomiting?
I don't feel dizzy but am wondering about vertigo?
Take treatment as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Sound in head or ear called as tinnitus may be due to high blood flow or some local ear pathology. I don't think this is related to chemical changes or a serious problem. Yet I will prefer to have a careful physical examination if symptoms persist.
Is your blood pressure normal, any history of ear discharge , hearing loss?
Sometimes migraine can present with such manifestations.
Please visit your local GP for evaluation. If needed, the doctor can refer you to a neurologist or an ENT specialist. In the meanwhile your doctor can treat you with flunarizine which will be helpful.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Get examined by ENT specialist and neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Vertiginous migraine may be without headache too but in view of ear heaviness you need to get evaluated by ENT specialist first and then a neurologist opinion for need of brain imaging.
Flunarizine may be taken as it is beneficial in both migraine and tinnitus.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
