Brief Answer:
Idiopathic scrotal surface bleeding is a well known entity.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

Your condition isn't something to be alarmed of. Just relax.
This is frequently seen in men and called idiopathic scrotal bleeding.
This just means that, there's no definite cause, for the scrotal surface bleeding.

But you must get examined by an Urologist.
Then do the following tests :
1. blood routine,creatinine, RBS,LFT,platelets,BT,CT and PT.
2. HbsAg,HIV,and VDRL.

When there's an active bleeding, just apply an ice pack, directly over the bleeding
point.
According to the examination findings and reports, you'll be advised treatment.
If you've any doubts, send the reports here, with a photo of the bleeding point.

Don't apply any chemicals over the bleeding point, but keep it clean.
Wish you well.
