What Causes Scrotal Swelling?

Question: I have enlarged sac the size of a grapefruit. No pain and can still urinate. Is it serious and can I do anything to relieve the discomfort till I see the doctor on Monday next. I do have bone mets and liver cancer. Being treated with chemo.
