Thanks for the query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Tinea barbae a fungal infection.
I treat such patients with clotrimazole local application and Fluconazole tablet for a month.
This gives excellent response .
You can try this in consultation of your doctor.
For greying of of moustache hair you can take Pabatab tablet for three month. This is over the counter I guess. But the other drugs mentioned above are obtained only with a prescription of a doctor.
I have seen good response with that.

Sebaceous glands in hairy area become hyper active and secrete more.
These secretions get infected leading to Seborrheic dermatitis.
Treatment remains the same.

I have attached proscription of Dr in upload reports section
Please suggest....
Dr told me to not to have lotion after shave as it contain alcohol
She also told me to not to consume alcohol

I want to ask can I use dove conditioner after shampoo. That is recommended
