Seborrhoeic keratoses are harmless non malignant skin growths/ lesions especially common in older adults. It can be brown or blackish and can thicken and become rougher over the years. They don't itch or cause bleeding or scaling/spreading. It can be treated for cosmetic purposes by CO 2 Laser , cautery or may be left untreated.
