What Causes Seeing Of Small Black Circles In Vision Of Right Eye?
Question: I am experiencing seeing a small black circular or squirrly vision appearing from my right eye only, not my left eye. When I look to the right it appears to the right, when I look to the front it appears to the front . Just a small annoyance but definately something I am concerned about. I checked my right eye in a magnifying mirror and noticed a small dark spot on the iris of my right eye. No such mark is apparant in the iris of my left eye.
Brief Answer:
Ophthalmological checkup required

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through the details that you have provided. I do not think that spots on iris would cause such a problem (markings on iris of both sides may not match). Rather, it seems to be due to floaters in the vitreous inside the eye. I would insist you not to ignore it and to visit an ophthalmologist and to get your eyes checked. It could be due to glaucoma and could predispose you to retinal detachment. Please do not ignore it.
