What Causes Semen Discolouration While On Cymbalta, Gabapentin, Metformin And Simvastatin?

Question: I am a 56 year old man that
That has dis colored semen emissions that are a color like " cinnamon apple sauce". And the texture is more like apple sauce as well. Noticed it 3 months ago and reaching orgasm is now very difficult
And I take Cymbalta, gabapentin, metformin And synvistatin.
So my Lobito has Been lower on this medication for several years because I have peripheral Neuropothy.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed discoloration of semen and loss of orgasm .

This is mostly due to infection of prostate (Prostatitis) in addition to diabetic neuritis

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have painful ejaculation ?
2) Do you have urinary symptoms like frequency ,poor stream ,nocturia suggesting enlarged prostate ?

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Semen examination and semen culture
5) serum Testosterone

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
