What Causes Seminal Discharge After Urination?

Question: Over the last few weeks, there have been several times when I've passed sperm after I urinate. It is not a small amount of sperm either. Not as much as during an orgasm, but enough to know. This is not after sex. I am on venlafaxine....could that be a side effect?
