Question: I am 80 years old and I felt rotation of vision durng sleeping. I started with Vertin 16 andStuggeron. I felt dizziness and unable to stand without support. Can I stop these medications temperorily

3. If you have dizziness during movements from sleeping to sitting or sitting to standing, it may be postural hypotension. Slow shift in movements, helps in blood pressure adjustment, thereby reducing dizziness.
4. Have good hydration (at least 5-6 liters of water/ day) and nutrition.
