Brief Answer:
not herpes .can be allergy or scabies
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
I see some tiny red rash in lower back .
These may be due to allergy or scabies .
Does any other family member have it or have you been to any tour .scabies can be transmitted through beddings .you can develop rashes in groins or wrist or hand or in other places in body.
It is not herpes .
You can take antihistamine like cetrizine in morning and atarax in night.
If scabies is likely you can try with permite cream 5% after a good scrub bath in the night weekly once for 2 weeks.
You can get back for any clarification
Thank you
