Brief Answer:
Suggestive of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Thanks for writing to HCM
I am Dr. Riyanka Chail glad to be helping you with your query.

You could be suffering from 'chronic fatigue syndrome' in which fatigue lasts more than 6months.

Chronic fatigue syndrome can occur after a viral infection . It can result in depression.

It is important to know whether you are losing weight very quickly or gradually as tremendous loss of weight may hint towards chronic illness.

I suggest kindly visit a physician and get routine blood tests - Complete Blood Count, Urine analysis and microscopy and serum electrolyte levels checked (for the muscle spasms) .

You could be anemic because of losing weight and appetite.
Kindly get an Ultrasonography abdomen to rule out any underlying pathology.

Also have a good balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables to avoid vitamin deficiency. You can take multivitamin supplements.
Also exercise regularly . Get involved in extracurricular activities and keep yourself busy.
You can try out relaxation techniques like meditation and yoga.

Hope this answers your query.
Get well soon.

Brief Answer:
Proton pump inhibitors are helpful for this condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back to us.

The excessive salivation and tendency to choke could be due to reflux oesophagitis (when the acid secretion in the stomach gets refluxed into the mouth).

At this point of time without investigation and a physical check up, I am unable to give you other reasons. A doctor visit will be worthwhile.

In the meanwhile, Proton pump inhibitor like pantoprozole 40 mg half an hour before breakfast shall be helpful. You can try it.

Kindly write back to us for any more doubts.
Take care.

Regards
Dr.Riyanka
