What Causes Severe Abdominal And Genital Pain After Intercourse?

Question: i am having extremely bad abdominal pains after intercourse its almost like a cramping feeling in which i feel from my belly button all the way to my vagina and anus (which i have not had anal sex) it puts me in the fetal postiton and it last for and hour or more and i cant move they are extremely sharp stabbing like pains
