lie down and lasts about 20-30 min.
Brief Answer:
You could be having block in your intestinal arteries.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam.
Nexium is good for you. Continue that.
Have you lost any weight over the last few months?
The pain that you experience could be because of decreased blood supply to your intestines- a condition called chronic mesenteric ischemia. You should see a Vascular Surgeon and get a Color Doppler or CT Angiography of the abdominal aorta done to rule out any blockages in your mesenteric arteries. If any blockage is picked up then the blocked artery can be stented.
Do not worry.
Get the investigations done and send it to us or discuss it with your Vascular Surgeon.
Take care.
