Brief Answer:
anti emetics, reflux meds and probiotics may help

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The abdominal pain, nausea, fever and gas are related to an infection or inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract and not likely related to your previous episode of pneumonia.

IN addition to the antibiotic therapy you can consider the following:
(1)an anti emetic would help to reduce your nausea eg dramamine or pepto bismol

(2)reflux medication can help to reduce the bloating. They can be used in persons who do not have typical reflux symptoms but only have gas related issues

Eg pepcid, zantac, prilosec, prevacid, aciphex, protonix or nexium

(3)probiotics- these help by restoring or helping with normal bacterial flora in the intestines
Can be obtained from yogurts or can be used on their own

(4)paracetamol to help with the abdominal pain and also would help to reduce the fever

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
