From past 12 days with no other symptoms, only abdomanal pain and hard stools. Abdomanal scanning with normal report and blood test done. Now she staying at home. She is taking medicines from last 10 days.
Brief Answer:
As advised. Please post the reports attached to this query.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback- partial one.
Please tell me which scan was done.
Please post reports of scan and blood.
Since the patient is suffering from 12 days in spite of proper treatment for the last 10 days, I would suggest you the following:
- X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
- Stool test
- If the ultrasonography is normal, patient may need CT scan.
- Enema may help evacuation if fecoliths are seen on X-ray.
- Please have clinical evaluation, examination by a General Surgeon or preferably a Pediatric Surgeon to have clinical diagnosis and have additional tests as advised so that a proper management can be done.
As advised. Please post the reports attached to this query.
