What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain With Cut On Lips?
Question: Hi Dr. I had non veg food and spicy food for more than 3 to 4 days and suddnly my stomac pained and it was there for more than 6 hrs. I went to Dr he injected me drotin and gave ghis tab. Took these tab as per Dr advice pan40 ,offlin200,cyfolac. Now no pain but by stomac feel full and some uneasyness. What may be the reason have cut in end of lip joint. Is it bcs of this infection in stomac.

Feeling of fullness in stomach and uneasiness may be due to acid peptic disease. For which I will advise you to avoid tea, coffee, oily and spicy food. Also avoid citrus fruits. Among medications take a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole and a prokinetic agent like domperidone.
Cut in the end of lip joint may be due to some vitamin B or mineral deficiency like iron. Or it may be due to some fungal, viral or bacterial infection. I will suggest you to examine yourself for vitamin and mineral deficiency and undergo some tests like complete haemogram, serum iron and vitamin B levels. And apply some ointment like mupirocin as it is antifungal with antibacterail activity.

Thanks for your advice. Sudden stomac pain and discomfort in stomac. Always i have a fear towards cancer. Will it b a cancer or stomac ulcer. My appetite has also been lovered from ystd and feel tiered. I usaly have gastric prob .
