What Causes Severe Allergic Sinusitis?

I have always had sever sinus issues which increases during allergy season. I have had some success with nose sprays and I think my family doctor may consider for advance treatment due to the number of injections I have had. I am 53, 5-11, 204 lbs and in good health taking no medications.
I just had a CT sinus Facial bones wo contrast and these are the findings. "There is mile mucoperiosteal thickening about teh maxillary sinuses, near the infundibulum. There is patency of the ostiomeatal units bilaterally. The maxillary and sphenoid siuses are clear. Ethmoid air cells are clear. Nasal septum is midline. No bony erosions or hypersotosis. The soft tissue structures are intact. Mustoid are cells are clear,
Impression
Mild mucoperiosteal thickening about teh mazillary sinuses. No air-fuild levels or evidence of acute sinusitis. Patency of the ostiomatal units bilaterally. Nasal septum is midline"
With all of that said does it result in there's really nothing abnormal about my sinuses or is it just getting the green light to go forward with additional sinus work? Also what should I expect if I go forward with additional treatment? I also have ringing in my left ear at night when I lay down.
Thanks for your time.

Ct scan of para nasal sinuses is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
As per your clinical details, your symptoms could be due to allergic rhinitis or vasomotor rhinitis.
As such, your ct scan of para nasal sinuses is normal; do not require any surgical interventions. Your ringing sensation with ear block could be due to Eustachian block (tube connecting the middle ear and nose).
I suggest you to consult an ENT surgeon and give detailed history (vasomotor rhinitis) detailed ENT examination, blood tests (absolute eosinophilic count, IgE levels) for allergic rhinitis. Otoscopy and audiometry for Eustachian tube dysfunction. Treatment can be started according to the investigations.
I also advise you to do steam inhalation thrice daily, stop consuming freezer products (curd/ice cream), and avoid exposure to dust by wearing mask.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you a good health.
