What Causes Severe And Heavy Vaginal Bleeding During Periods?

Hi Dr. Koregol,
Here I am back again and need your help for me .
Here is the history:
I am 31, F. Blood group- B negative.
As I have already was in contact with you, you know that I am planning for conceiving and my husband is taking medicines referred by you.
Now I am in a problem.
After my MTP, in 2012 March, I was advised to have Femilon , the birthcontrol pill to continue.
I was taking this till 2015 March.
In July 2013 I had Laproscopy for gallbladder removal.
Since my childhood I always have much more flow during my menstrual . And for the same I was on low hemoglobin always. I used to change after 4 hours for the 1st two days, and then rest of the days normal (usually 5 days cycle)
Since last three months, it has become worst . I need to change (XXL Whisper) after 1 hour for 1st two days of menstrual cycle, which is giving trouble to me a lot .
I am working woman and every month I am taking leave on those two days which is really something I think is not good.
Also, I am not able to attend any places or at night it is pathetic-nightmare.
Now as I want to have baby, I am clueless how to control this heavy flow as any medicine I should not take.
Please suggest me .

Good to see you back.
I understand how annoying it is to have heavy flow.
Such bleeding is seen when there is a problem like fibroid or polyp in the uterus ( womb).
I suggest You undergo diagnostic hysteroscopy procedure to evaluate your uterus and see if there are fibroids or polyp causing this bleeding. Surgical removal can be done on the spot if problem is identified.
Hysteroscopy will also help you to identify any problem in uterus which is not letting you conceive.
Meanwhile I suggest tablet like trapic MF 500 mg twice daily for 3 days to my patients to control such heavy flow.
