Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
The problem of your symptoms seems to be the vertebral column and spinal cord.
Lack of vitamin D affects bone mineralization.
If I understood correctly, being overweight also damages the spinal column besides other negative effects on health.
Pain relieved by painkillers is mostly of inflammatory nature and degerative spine disease is one of the most common causes responsible for pain.
Besides being treated with vitamin D supplements, it is necessary to consult with a spine specialist and to get evaluated further by spinal column imaging ( x-rays, MRI, bone density scan ) in order to achieve a correct diagnosis of your condition.
Only after the diagnosis is achieved, treatment ways should be clear.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.

I did an x-Ray before and found that there is a problem (friction between c4,5) .
One more thing that pain I can feel with it when any body touch me .
As I know that problem came from my XXXXXXX because I am working on PC allot.
Is that assure your diagnose ?
Advice me
Degerative spine disease most probable diagnosis.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Yes, cervical spine degerative disease is the most probable diagnosis, ( in my opinion ), however, since I can't examine you clinically, an evaluation by a spine specialist and MRI is necessary to confirm this possibility.
Get evaluated further.
Hope I helped you.
