What Causes Severe Back Pain, Lump Near Tailbone And Painful Stomach Ulcer?

Endoscopy can be helpful
Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam,
I understand your query and concern.
Majority of the Gut symptoms in your case are related to reactivation/exacerbation of crohn's disease.
All you currently need is total colonoscopy of the small bowel along with an Upper GI endoscopy to document the locations of the bleeding,
These sites can be treated through injection sclerotherapy.
Regarding the back pain ,you need a MRI total spine which can reveal any cord compressions and further management depends of the scan result.
Piles can be managed through Haemorrhoidectomy.
I advice you to have an indirect ophthalmoscopy to detect the eye changes.
Many of the symptoms can be controlled pretty well through corticosteroids and immunosuppressants.
Post your further queries if any,
Thankyou

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mm.
Good to have to you back.
You can have these endoscopies with relative ease.
These procedures are hardly painful.
For your added comfort, you can be given a local anesthetic with analgesic action.
Please do not worry of these things, you can have them safely.
