Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Hello & thank you for submitting your question.

The symptoms you describe are concerning and should be evaluated by a physician in person as soon as possible. The chest pains and nausea with reflux and phlegm you describe may be due to gastrointestinal or pulmonary causes, however along with the chills and body pains/malaise, the exact etiology is unclear. Acute infection is a possibility. A good physical examination and possible adjunct laboratory and radiologic studies are needed to definitively determine what is causing these symptoms.

Please see your doctor soon.

Sincerely,
Dr Galamaga
