Brief Answer:
This medicine relieves pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
Welcome to HCM.

I understand your concern for pain. Actually, Aredia is a bisphosphonate drug which is used to strengthen the bones as well as to relieve pain in bony metastasis. Otherwise intravenous infusion of pamidronate (Aredia) can cause muscle and joint pain.

However if you are still having pain, then other pain killers medicines like opioids and non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs can be taken. If still ain is not relieved, then local radiation therapy can be used to get rid of pain.

You must continue taking aredia as it will help prevent fractures.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Opioids are the options

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.

You have already tried antiinflammatory drugs and tylenol as well. Radiation is also over. So the next in line is morphine, tramadol fentanyl and buprenorphine.
Fentanyl and buprenorphine are available as patch formula which needs too be applied once a week on once in 3 days and it works continuously for that period. You can discuss these with your oncologist.
Tramadol and morphine are oral and intravenous options.
Besides that, try YOGA and relaxing exercises. These also helps.

Thanks and regards
