It's been for three days, and these are my only symptoms. Sometimes the soreness is just below my ribcage, and other times it runs vertically on the sides of my abdomen. The bloating isn't as bad as it was two days ago, but the discomfort is still there.
Brief Answer:
I recommend regular exercise, much fruits and vegetables!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is a very recent observation and seems to be getting better. I will suggest that you practice some regular exercises, eat much fruits and vegetables. I will only recommend further investigations if this persist which will most likely not be the case.
I wish you well.
