1. No chronic disease of any kind and this has been going on for a couple of weeks.
2. I have not had these teats done, but i will look into having them.
3. My swelling is better in the morning and much worse at night. As for making a fist, i have trouble at night sometimes, but most of the time the swelling is in my lower extremeties.
Thank you for your help.

Brief Answer:
Heart dysfunction may be the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hello
It’s good to see you and you are welcome.
I have gone through your reply carefully and the swelling in lower limbs seems to have a cardiac cause. Having said that my suggestion would be to have Echocardiography (2D ECHO), to assess the heart function.
To take care of swelling you may have water pill like frusemide after discussion with your doctor. Meanwhile continue with whole body exercises along with vitamin D and pain killer like Ibuprofen.
Looking forward to your blood reports as discussed earlier.
Hope this helps.
Regards
