Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
What you are experiencing is more likely related to:
- Gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD or acid reflux disease).
- Cervical spondylitis
- Inner ear problems
- Anxiety
Since all cardiac exams including ECG, echo and cardiac CT scan were normal , you shouldn't worry about heart attack. It's important to definitely exclude the first three disorders. If this is your case than your symptoms are definitely due to anxiety.
If you were my patient I would recommend to do:
- abdominal ultrasound
- upper endoscopy
- neck x-ray for spondylitis
- audiogram to exclude inner ear problems
Hope this helps!
Wish you health!

Hi back
A zero calcium score together with other cardiac exams you have already done exclude the possibility of cardiac problems.
Since the endoscopy was normal around 1 year ago you have few possibilities to have GERD.
You should do the remaining above mentioned test. If normal than your symptoms are stress related.
Wish you health!

Hi back,
Yes you are safe and you shouldn't worry about heart attack. The stress test should be done to exclude any minor heart disease in mid term. This will help to relive your anxiety.
