Brief Answer:
Kindly upload your ECG report...
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Your symptoms are indicative for possible angina. You are not mentioning to have done stress test. Therefore, I highly suggest to run stress test to further evaluate your heart and determine whether you are having angina or other problem.
You are also reporting to have an abnormal ECG. Can you please upload the ECG or the report? I need to analyze it myself before running into final conclusions.
Looking forward to have the ECG reports in!

Brief Answer:
Need to run stress test...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
At this point, I insist to run stress test as it will evaluate your heart when on physical activity and see if any problem will occur. All the other tests are carried out when resting, and they are fine. Now, it is time to evaluate heart when your body is running moderate to intense physical activity.
If stress test will result ok, then, no need for angiography; only follow up next year. Otherwise, if any problem will occur during stress test, should run angiography for further evaluation.
All the best!
