Brief Answer:
An infection is the most possible explanation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question in details and understand your concerns.

Chills with shaking in most of cases indicate that there is an infection underneath.

The infection may be located at the urogenital tract, throat, airways, lungs etc.

It is necessary to get evaluated by your primary care Doctor clinically and by appropriate tests (starting from Hemogram, LFT, KFT with urine culture sensitivity, CRP etc.) in order to find the cause of your concerns.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
