Question : I am 10 weeks pregnant and i breathed in saw dust today and I have been coughing and throwing up what can i do......

Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The management remains symptomatic where steam inhalation and nebulisation with bronchodilator remains the main stay of therapy with low dose steroids ( can be give in acute conditions).
you may report to the ER soon for the same. This episode would however not have any effect on the foetus , just that cough increases the intra-abdominal pressure and there may be chances of occasional spotting during coughing episodes.
