Brief Answer:
viral infetction or allergies depending on how long symptoms pressent

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is likely that you may have a viral infection causing the cough/cold symptoms (cough and runny nose) that may also be affecting the sinuses which would cause loss of balance/equilibrium.

Loss of balance can also occur if an ear infection is present or the inner ear is affected.

If there is any ear pain then an ear infection would need to be ruled out.

The fatigue would occur with any infection including viral cough/cold.

If the symptoms have been around for a few weeks , then it is possible that you may have allergies

Treatment of infection would include:
(a)rest and fluids
(b)if the cough is wet then using a mucolytic would help. These are medications that break up mucus so that it can be easily brought up.

Eg bisolvan, guaifenesin (robutussin), mucomyst

(c)decongestant and antithistamines
the decongestant can be oral or topical directly to the nose

The oral decongestant/antihistamine combination would be found over the counter.

Topical decongestants include oxymetazoline , xylometazoline

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
