Brief Answer:
Give some bronchodilator, antiallergic and antibiotic if needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

Most common cause of cough and nasal congestion in this age is some viral infection or allergy.

Bronchodilator like salbutamol(which prevents airways spasm)with some mucolytic like ambroxol combination(like ambrodil s syrup) will provide relief.
Also give some antiallergic like chlorpheniramine with decongestant like phenylephrine(Maxtra/Tminic syrup).
Both these medications are prescription medicines,so please get it prescribed by a physician.
Repeated and prolonged cough causes contraction of abdominal muscles leading to vomiting. It gets improved as the cough decreases.
If child develops fever, gets lethargic, there is rapid/noisy breathing, indrawing of chest or poor feeding;consult your physician for clinical evaluation and also for the assessment of need of nebulisation and/or antibiotic.

I hope after giving these medications baby's condition will improve.
Please let me know in case you have any more query.
Regards
