Question: Hi I'm 29 and married since 1and half year trying to conceive but no results.last month in September me and my hubby went to Doctor and came to know that I'm suffering from thyroid and also have endometrial polyp my husband is ok with all his tests and report. Doctor started my treatment and gave me siphene 50 mg from second day of my period for five days .my period started on 5september and usually my cycle is 28-30 days and then study my folicules on 11day and 13 day my egg was 22 m and then he gave me fertygen 5000 injection and asked to be with husband for three day on 18,19,20 .My question and concern is that in my cycle for last month after ovolution which was held on 19 September on I got cramps in left side of abdomen for 5-10 minutes and little bit of white fluid discharge on 24 September and then again on 25 and 26 I realise the same little pain and my my abdomen bloated like anything and I started burning continuously also my mouth and vagiana was dry .after that a week passed igot my periods one day late .I went to doctor he said my symtoms were good but will try again in November cycle .This month he dint gave me any medicine .my all those symptoms went as I finished my periods.Please advice doctor why was those cramps and symptoms happend?

This pain is known as mid-cycle ovulatory pain aka Mittleschmerz.

About 20% of women experience mittelschmerz, some every cycle, some intermittently.

The pain is not harmful and does not signify the presence of disease. No treatment is usually necessary. Pain relievers (analgesics) may be needed in cases of prolonged or intense pain.

This condition is associated with all the symptoms you mentioned.

The pain can appear suddenly and usually subsides within hours, although it may sometimes last two or three days.
