Brief Answer:
Looks towards bacterial intestinal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/33 - severe cramping in lower abdomen - fever with mouth blisters for 3 days - constant diarrhea - started period - little dizziness on standing - hard liquor daily - ER - elevated WBC - GI flu - Cephalexin 5 days ago - PID years ago - does not feel I flu - wants to know further...

Your history is suggestive of an intestinal infection with elevated WBC, dizziness which can be due to the same and electrolyte imbalance, disturbed bacterial flora causing mouth ulcers, pain due to intestinal inflammation.

Cephalexin is not a very good antibiotic for the intestinal infection and the viral infection of flu no antibiotic helps as such.

Hence I would advise you the following:
Get another consultation by your Doctor.
Get the stool routine microscopic analysis and culture sensitivity done.
Blood test again for CBC, electrolytes, liver and kidney functions.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
Antibiotic, if needed after examination, that controls intestinal infection.
Supportive treatment with a PPI like Omeprazole.
Anti-spasmodic (eg. Buscopan) for pain.
Antipyretic (eg. Tylenol) for fever.
Multivitamins as antioxidants and for early recovery.
Water and electrolyte balance by oral route and if needed by the intravenous route.

I hope this answers your query and helps you for proper diagnosis and management to get an early cure.
