Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Does she have vomiting? What did she eat last time? Does she have any urinary complaints?

These cramps could be due to:
1.Appendicitis- infection of appendix
2. Kidney stone
3. Urinary tract infection.
4. Food poisoning

Give her an antispasmodic like Buscopan. If the pain does not subside in a hour or so or worsens, you need to take her to ER.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
