Brief Answer:
She may have cervical spondylitis or cuff tear
Detailed Answer:
thanks for replying. After studying her case I think there are two possibilities. First it can be cuff tear in shoulder . Cuff is name of group of muscles used in over head abduction. Other cause can be cervical spondylitis. . This can cause nerve compression. To confirm the diagnosis I would suggest MRI of shoulder and neck. This will confirm the diagnosis. Till you get this I have following suggestions.
1.She need physiotherapy for shoulder and back muscles.
2.Tablet pregabalin M one daily at night time.
3.Hot water fomentation.
Once MRI is done you can share reports with me.I will try my best to help you. thanks
