What Causes Severe Diarrhoea After Unprotected Anal Sex?

Question: Hello doctors I had a high risk encounter unprotected anal on May 8th 2015. 4 weeks after the encounter I experienced 1 day of diareah and 1 week of awkward soft stools. This entire time I'v been worrying since the encounter. So far no fever just s few hot flashes. I have tested the following
2 weeks - APTIMA hiv1 rna by TMA - not detected (negative)
5 weeks- negative labcorp Hiv-1 rna - not detected(negative)
5 weeks- 4th generation Combo ab/ag - negative
What are the chances of my results becoming a positive at
The 12 week mark? And do I even need further testing? The anxiety is effecting my work life.
Thanks
