Brief Answer:
Possible heart attack, shift to hospital emergency
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Recent severe discomfort in back along with chest with armpit involvement appears to be serious issue.
2. In the elderly, mild infection can complicate management and at present based on symptoms, she is probably having an heart attack.
3. You need to give her aspirin, if available and shift her to emergency immediately. She will require an ECG, echo and enzymes study to rule out heart attack.
Based on ECG findings, further assistance possible.
Hope it helps.
